Why is the dial pad missing in Microsoft Teams?

If the dial pad is missing in Teams, it is typically caused by a licensing, phone number assignment, or Teams Phone configuration issue. Verify that the user is properly licensed for Teams Calling and that a phone number and calling policy have been assigned. If the issue persists after confirming the configuration, contact your administrator or CallTower Support for assistance.

Why can't I see my voicemail in Microsoft Teams?

Voicemail may not appear in Teams if voicemail has not been enabled, there is a synchronization delay, or the user's Teams profile requires updating. Sign out and back into Teams, check for client updates, and verify that voicemail is enabled for the account. If voicemail remains unavailable, contact your administrator or CallTower Support.

Why are my calls going directly to voicemail without ringing?

Calls that immediately route to voicemail are commonly caused by call forwarding settings, Do Not Disturb status, simultaneous ring configurations, connectivity issues, or device registration problems. Review your Teams calling settings and presence status to ensure calls are configured to ring as expected. If the problem continues, contact your administrator or CallTower Support for further troubleshooting.
