If a user has multiple Webex Calling endpoints – Webex Go, MPP phone, soft client - all the endpoints will ring at the same time, giving the user the flexibility to pick the endpoint. Once the user picks the call in an endpoint, the ringing stops on other endpoints. However, if the user rejects the call on the mobile endpoint, the other devices will continue to ring. Unanswered calls will be processed via no answer service. From an experience standpoint, the incoming call will indicate which line or SIM the call is for. ![clipboard_e78734625de45e406b7f242804cb55e0d.png](https://cdn.us.document360.io/4662144b-ab1f-4796-8b7b-e9f9c609894f/Images/Documentation/clipboard_e78734625de45e406b7f242804cb55e0d.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-05T01%3A23%3A40Z&se=2026-11-05T02%3A23%3A40Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=rEzfaWqrutGN1Erteti0jZ50EfdDTW6QEsjKLbJsvxs%3D) Webex is a suite of online meeting, web conferencing, and video conferencing applications developed by Cisco.
