# CallTower Connect - Concurrent Call Path Report

## Overview

Use the Concurrent Call Path Report to see how many calls are happening at the same time on a SIP Trunk. The report checks call activity in 15-minute intervals and calculates the peak concurrent calls for the time period you select.

## Where to find the report

In Connect, go to **Menu** > **Reporting** > Analytics.

From the **Analytics** page, open the menu and select **Concurrent Call Report**.

## How to run the report

1. Select a **Start Date** and **End Date**.
2. Choose any additional filters you want to apply.
3. Click **Fetch Analytics**.
4. Wait for the report to finish running—the results will appear in the table below.

## Tips and limitations

- The Concurrent Call Report stores up to **180 days** of historical data. If you need older information, export or capture results regularly.
- For best results, keep the date range to **30 days or less**. Larger ranges may time out or return an error due to the volume of data.
