# Changes to Usages on Bills

## Changes to Usage Presentation on Bills

Starting in **November 2025**, the usage descriptions on CallTower invoices will be changing. Over the next couple of months, you may see both old and new descriptions on your invoice. Below is a list of existing descriptions and the new descriptions that will replace them. Please note that usage for some types of calls is being consolidated into a smaller number of descriptions. The new usage type descriptions will also be followed by the service name responsible for the usage. For example, you may see a description of Usage - US Domestic Outbound - Teams OC for usage related to outbound calls within the United States made from Microsoft Teams Operator Connect.
