# Cisco CIP - Downloading

### Downloading Cisco IP Communicator Steps:

1. Navigate to and log in to the User Portal on [www.calltower.com](http://www.calltower.com/).

2. Click the Downloads menu in the top right hand corner.
3. Click the Download icon next to the Soft Phone product.
