# Cisco Connect Admin - Hold Music

## GOAL:

Provide instruction on how to change the Hold music in CallTower Connect.

## CASE DISPOSITION:

Internal field for support to use to verify related tickets are dispositioned correctly. Formatted conditionally in article for Community and Pro Members. Should include the following:

- Case Record Type: MACD
- Department: Support
- Type: AMC (Add, Move, Change)
- Product: Cisco
- SubProduct: Voice
- Issue: Provisioning
- Sub Issue: Add User/Service/Hardware
- Other Issue: N/A
- Priority: Standard or Expedited as requested.
- Severity: N/A
- Urgency: N/A

## RESOLUTION/STEPS:

Hold music can be added or modified for a location on the Locations tab. When Hold Music is changed, it will cause all the phones in the location to be reset. **Please make changes to Hold Music after hours.**

Click on the Hold Music menu item. The Location Hold Music screen will be presented. 4.
