# Cisco Connect Admin - Voice To Text For A User

> In this article we will be identifying "Voice to Text" through the acronym VTT.

## Instructions

1. Log into the Admin Portal and navigate to the Users section.

2. Select the user you want to add the VTT services and click the ![hamburger menu.jpg](https://cdn.us.document360.io/4662144b-ab1f-4796-8b7b-e9f9c609894f/Images/Documentation/hamburger_menu(5).jpg?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-05T01%3A25%3A37Z&se=2026-11-05T02%3A25%3A37Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=ni1u3cVShYDok0p7qB4%2BKiX4cQlHpYg4SyJZbZAITPk%3D) icon and select "User Settings" and then "Manage Services"

3.
