# CT Cloud Voice Admin - Ping Tests

## Overview

This article shows step by step instructions on how to do a ping test for CT Cloud Voice.

## Resolution/Steps

Open a command prompt. Enter ping 205.196.170.1 hit enter.

Customers can check connectivity for CT Cloud Voice by pinging IP 205.196.170.1. This will be the only pingable IP to test connectivity.
