# CT Cloud Voice User - Download Desktop/Mobile CT Cloud Communicator

## GOAL:

Provide direction in downloading CT Cloud Communicator Desktop and Mobile

## CASE DISPOSITION:

The internal field for support to use to verify related tickets are dispositioned correctly. Formatted conditionally in the article for Community and Pro Members. Should include the following:

- Case Record Type: MACD
- Department: Support
- Type: AMC (Add, Move, Change)
- Product: Metaswitch
- SubProduct: Software/Client
- Issue: Mobile Client
- Sub Issue: Other
- Other Issue: Downloading CT Cloud Communicator
- Priority: Standard unless requested Expedite by the customer.
- Severity: N/A
- Urgency: N/A

## RESOLUTION/STEPS:

Below are steps on how to download both the desktop application and the mobile application.

1. Browse to: [https://commportal.calltower.com](https://commportal.calltower.com)
2. Sign in with your credentials.
3. Navigate to the *Downloads* link in the lower right-hand corner:

4. Select either the *On your Computer* option or the *On your Mobile/Tablet* option:

5. Select the appropriate operating system. You will be directed to the corresponding download link.
