# CT Text - Configuring Product Integration

## Configuring a Product Integration for CT Text (Yakchat)

### Goal

Successfully configure product integration for CT Text (Yakchat) with Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex to streamline communication and enhance collaboration.

#### Microsoft Teams

1. Log in to the Yakchat Admin Portal [YakChat Admin](https://portal.yakchat.com/)

1. Select the customer you wish to edit

1. Select "Integrations" in the left-hand menu

1. Select "Microsoft Teams"

2. Under "Setup Channels", select the Inbox and MS Teams Channel you wish to route messages to

1. Click the Plus icon (+) to save

#### Cisco Webex

1. Log in to the Yakchat Admin Portal [YakChat Admin](https://portal.yakchat.com/)

1. Select the customer you wish to edit

1. Select "Integrations" in the left-hand menu

1. Check "Custom Configuration" under "Integration Details"

1. You will be prompted for an application token, Client ID, and Secret key.
