# Five9 - Hold and Conference Calls

## Placing a call on Hold

- Click **Hold**

- Click **UnHold** to retrieve the call

## Warm Conference

1. Click **Conference**
2. Enter the third party’s name or number
3. Select **Warm**
4. Click **Speak with Participant**, caller will be placed on hold

- After called party answers, click **Add Participant** to initiate 3-party call
- To end a conference call:
- Remove third party by clicking on menu next to their name and choose **Remove**
- Choose **Leave Conference** to drop from the call but leave the other parties connected
- Click **End Call** to disconnect all parties
