These products allow users to make and receive calls via their Teams/Webex phone numbers through the native calling experience on their mobile devices (without the need of any apps). > > CallTower also offers a unique product differentiator that can integrate SMS Messages (via CT Text) with the eSIM offering. This would additionally allow users to send and receive SMS messages with their Teams/Webex phone numbers through the native messaging experience on their phone (also removing the requirement of additional branded apps (such as Teams or Webex apps). > > This integration with CallTower's eSIM service means that users will be able to: > > 1. Receive inbound messages in both the Tango eSIM and the YakChat service using the same number > 2. Send outbound messages from both the Tango eSIM or the YakChat service using the same number > 3. Move to their YakChat app for more advanced text features and the texts sent from the mobile will be available on the desktop # How to Enable the eSIM integration with CT Text ## In the CT Text Admin Portal ## Integrations settings 1.
