# Internal CT Cloud Voice Admin - Adding Business Groups

### What Are Business Groups?

- A Business Group is the organizational unit (OU) for the company.
- All company users, phones, and related resources reside under the Business Group.

### How to Create a Business Group

1. In **Connect**, select the appropriate OU.

2. Navigate to **Manage Services**.
3. Select **CT Cloud Voice** and **CT Cloud Voice (USA)**, then click **Save**.
4. Once completed, the Business Group will be labeled with its domain in **MetaView**.
