To allow future firmware and application updates to be pushed to phones via Teams Admin Center, phones will need to be enrolled via AOSP. More information and FAQs about this change can be found [here](https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/microsoftteamssupport/moving-teams-android-devices-to-aosp-device-management/4140893). ## Prerequisites For phones to enroll via AOSP, they must be updated to the minimum requirements listed in the table below. | Poly | Phones | CCX350 | Available > [!NOTE] > Note: > > Manual firmware availability requires updating to Teams app version 1449/1.0.94.2025084203 as a prerequisite | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Poly | Phones | CCX400 CCX500 CCX505 CCX600 TrioC60 | Available > [!NOTE] > Note: > > Manual firmware availability requires updating to Teams app version 1449/1.0.94.2025084203 as a prerequisite | | Yealink | Phones [MP5X] | MP54 MP56 MP58 CP965 | Available > [!NOTE] > Note: > > Manual firmware availability requires updating to firmware version 122.15.0.166 (for MP54/MP56/MP58) or firmware version 143.15.0.74 (for CP965) as a prerequisite | | Yealink | Phones [MP5X E2] | MP52E2 MP54E2 MP56E2 MP58E2 | Available > [!NOTE] > Note: > > Manual firmware availability requires updating to firmware version 176.15.0.31 as a prerequisite | If your phones were not updated to the minimum requirements above prior to June 2, 2025, you may need to update the phones manually before being able to enroll the phones via AOSP.
