# MS Teams - Multiple Calls

## Goal:

Provide instruction on how to make multiple simultaneous calls in Teams

## CASE DISPOSITION:

Internal field for support to use to verify related tickets are dispositioned correctly. Formatted conditionally in article for Community and Pro Members. Should include the following:

- Case Record Type: Support Standard
- Department: Support
- Type: Request Information
- Product: Microsoft/S4B
- SubProduct: Teams
- Issue: Teams
- Sub Issue: Teams
- Priority: Priority 4
- Severity: Low
- Urgency: Low

## Desktop:

If you're already on a call, you can [answer](https://support.office.com/en-us/article/answer-a-call-in-teams-780c6946-2061-4efc-82c3-336aabfc7da0) or [start a new call](https://support.office.com/en-us/article/start-a-call-from-a-chat-in-teams-f5138c9d-df4c-43d8-9cf6-53400c1a7798) anytime. We'll place your current call on hold and take you straight to your new conversation. While a call’s on hold, all participants will be notified, and they won't be able to see or hear you.

You'll see your on-hold calls displayed on the left side of your call window, so you can get back to them anytime.
