# MS Teams Room - Scheduling And Joining a Meeting with Teams Room

## Create meeting

Create a new meeting and add the meeting room to your invite. You can do this either from Outlook or the Teams app

## Join Meeting From Meeting Room

Once the meeting and date and time have arrived, in the room, select "Join" on your meeting room tablet

## Add Meeting Room

Once you have selected the "Join" button, you will be able to add the room from the screen

## Unscheduled Meeting

In the meeting room, select the "Meet" button from the controller

Then you can add people from your organization or dial an outside number to join a meeting
