## Updating Yealink IP Phones Via the Web GUI

### Goal:

Assist customers in updating Yealink IP phones when updating via the Teams Admin Center is not an option.

### Firmware Update:

CallTower supports Yealink Teams Certified phones. At times firmware updates will not be available through the Teams Admin Center ([Update Microsoft Teams devices remotely - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/devices/remote-update)) due to firmware age or other outstanding issues.
