Specifically in this article a Yealink MP56 Teams Phone was used. ## Prerequisites The phone’s firmware must be updated to the latest firmware. - Phones 1449/1.0.94.2025084203 or later - Sidecars 1449/1.0.94.2025165302 or later Set up the delegates for the users. For example, if John Smith is going to be able to make and receive calls for multiple people, then the people who he can accept calls for will need to add him as a delegate as well as he adding them as a delegate. Once the delegates are set up then the users will need to change their settings to allow calls to ring the delegates.
