# Connect Admin - Manage User Services

## GOAL:

The following steps will walk users through the process of viewing, adding and removing the selected services or users.

    

## CASE DISPOSITION:

    

Internal field for support to use to verify related tickets are disposition correctly. Formatted conditionally in article for Community and Pro Members. Should include the following:

    

- Case Record Type: MACD
- Department: Support
- Type: AMC (Add, Move, Change)
- Product: Microsoft or Cisco
- SubProduct: Voice
- Issue: Provisioning
- Sub Issue: Add User/Service/Hardware
- Other Issue: n/a
- Priority: Standard or Expedited at the customer request

## RESOLUTION/STEPS:

### Viewing Selected Services

1. Start by browsing to the ![hamburger menu.jpg](https://cdn.us.document360.io/4662144b-ab1f-4796-8b7b-e9f9c609894f/Images/Documentation/hamburger_menu(2).jpg?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-04T21%3A36%3A49Z&se=2026-11-04T22%3A36%3A49Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=AaDZbFnB6qgcM%2B1p5PhdPeUXnFzt86cZ6vrR4SvDHHA%3D) icon on the upper left hand corner.
2. Select Users from the menu

1. Once in the User menu, search and select the user that is to have their services modified
2. Click on "User Settings" on the left hand side, then "Manage Services"

1. The Manage Services screen will be presented.

1. Select on plan you would like to enable or uncheck the items to remove.
