Summary
Some countries or local country area codes can have a higher fraud risk; because of this, CallTower may require a signed waiver before enabling calling to these high-risk areas.
To enable international/high risk dialing, an MPOC (main point of contact) on the account must submit a request with which countries or area codes the account would like to be able to call. Depending on which countries or area codes are on that list, a waiver may need to be signed.
Reference our international tier document to determine the tier level of the designated area(s) that will be called.
