Helpful Updates

• We made a few behind-the-scenes updates to help Connect run smoother and keep your information easier to manage.

• Webex API sync redirect is now available for users with MPOC roles, making it easier to keep Webex details connected. See Webex Syncing for more information.

Fixes

• Talkdesk USA DIDs can now be added to Talkdesk USA SIP trunks without running into an error.

• Good news for CT Cloud Voice users: the Forward All setting for pilot number forwarding now stays selected after you save it.

A Sneak Peek at What’s Coming

• Quotes you receive for services are getting an upgrade! Soon, quotes will include a new Usage Rates section when applicable, making pricing easier to review and share.

• Connect Admin is getting a fresh new look. The updated design is currently being tested and will bring a cleaner, more modern experience to the portal. Expect a sneak peek soon!
