Usage Definitions - Existing

• Usage - LD - 800 - International: Inbound calls from international numbers to a toll-free number

• Usage - LD - 800 - Interstate: Inbound calls from out-of-state numbers to a toll-free number

• Usage - LD - 800 - Intrastate: Inbound calls from instate numbers to a toll-free number

• Usage - LD - Interstate: Inbound/Outbound calls with numbers that are out of state

• Usage - LD - Intralata: Refers to a call from one LATA to another, which can be within a state or from state to state

• Usage - Local: Inbound/Outbound calls usually defined by the demarc points.

• Usage - Microsoft Teams Unlimited: Minutes tied to Teams Users with unlimited minutes. *Only applicable to customers with Teams Unlimited Plans.

• Usage - Toll-Free: Outbound calls made to a toll-free number

Usage Definitions - New

• Usage - Canada Outbound: Domestic calls within Canada

• Usage - Canada Outbound Tollfree: Domestic calls to a toll-free number within Canada

• Usage - US Domestic Outbound: Domestic calls within the United States

• Usage - US Outbound Tollfree: Domestic calls to a toll-free number within the United States

• Usage - In-country Landline: Calls to a landline within the same country (outside of the US and Canada)

• Usage - In-country Mobile: Calls to a mobile number within the same country (outside of the US and Canada)

• Usage - International Long Distance: Calls from one country to another

• Usage - ILD EEA Landline: Calls from a country within the European Economic Area (EEA) to a landline in another country

• Usage - ILD EEA Mobile: Calls from a country within the European Economic Area (EEA) to a mobile number in another country

• Usage - Inbound Toll Free: Inbound calls from an external caller to one of your Toll-Free numbers

• Usage - Inbound Usage: Inbound calls from an external caller to one of your local (non-toll-free) numbers
