The Add Phone Wizard will appear in the center of the screen requesting a device purpose. Select the Available Inventory as the purpose. Enter the remaining information:
Device Type drop-down
Device Model drop-down
Device Template drop-down
Mac Address field
Location drop-down
Once you have finished entering the information click on the Save button at the bottom right corner of the wizard.
