CT Cloud Contact Center - Adding Favorites

Overview

This article will provide step by step instructions on how to add Favorites onto your Telax Dashboard.

Resolution/Steps

Log into Telax, The first page you are on is the home/favorite page. You can edit this page how you want.

To Add a favorite to this page. First select the Item you want quick access to through the drop down menu as shown below.

Once you have the item selected Click Add.

You can also Delete Favorites you do not want or no longer need. 

First from the Favorite/Home menu click Edit.

Then all you need to do is click the X outlined in Red below in the right corner of the Item Then click save outlined in Yellow.
