CT Cloud Voice Yealink - Factory Reset Phones

For Older Models (T48S, Etc.)

1. Hold down the OK button for about 7 to 10 seconds.

2. It will ask you if you want to reset.

3. Hit Yes.

For Newer Models (MP56, TP58, Etc.)

Long press the pound key (#) and the star key ( * ) for about 6 seconds when the phone is idle.
