Logging In
Go to login.Five9.com
Enter your Five9 Credientials
Click "Log In"
Click "Agent"
Choose a "Station Type"
Enter "Station ID/Number
Click "Next"
Resetting Password
From the Five9 login page, click on "Trouble logging In?"
Enter your Five9 user name
Click "Reset Password"
Enter your email address
Click "Ok" -The password reset link will be sent to you email
Click the password reset link in your email
Enter the answer to your security questions
Click "Ok"
Assign a new password, making sure to follow the password requirements
Click "Update"
