CT Cloud Voice Admin - Assign Park Orbits To A User Phone

Assign Call Park Orbits on User's Phone:

1. Select the "Phones" from the Home menu

   

2. Select the user and then the "..."

3. Select "Configure Phone"

   

4. Select "Edit" from the phone you want to assign the orbit to

5. Select "Programmable Keys"

6. Select the key you want the park orbit to assign to.

7. Select "Enhanced Call Park" from the drop down and fill out "Park Orbit" and "Label"

8. Press "Save Changes"

   

   Note:

   For the park button changes to take effect, either reboot the phone, or the phone will automatically pull the new  at midnight.
