Connect Admin - Logging In

Navigate to the site: https://connect.calltower.com/connect/

Enter your username and password, then click Submit.

If this is your first time logging in, you will see the message below asking for your email address and to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Enter your email address and click Send.

You will see the below message.

Check your email including your junk/spam folder, if necessary, to locate the email from ‘noreply@calltower.com

Click on the link in the email which will pull up the below. Select how you would like to receive your future MFA codes and click Submit.

Locate your MFA code using the method you chose above. Enter the MFA code and click Submit.

You are now logged into Connect.
