The devices listed below are supported for auto provisioning on CT Cloud Voice. If a device is not listed below, it is not supported. This list will continue to be updated as support is added or removed for additional or end-of-life devices.

Even though a phone may be shown as supported, there may be cases where a phone will not meet a customer’s requirements.

Yealink support is limited to devices with firmware x.86.x.x. We are unable to guarantee service for devices on firmware x.87.x.x or later.
Recently Retired Devices (Internal Note)
The following models are no longer supported, but may still be able to be autoprovisioned on CT Cloud Voice. Additional in Metaswitch is required to facilitate provisioning of these devices. In the event a device in the list below does not provision, the fallback should be to provide the customer with the SIP credentials, as per the CT Cloud Voice Non-Supported Devices article.
CallTower cannot provide ongoing support for any device below; this includes, but is not limited to:
Device unable to autoprovision
Device losing registration
Calls dropping
Audio issues (one-way audio, poor call quality, etc)
Device feature(s) not working
Any other issue that may be outside of the SIP account and other SIP info listed above
Troubleshooting for non-supported devices is limited to validating correct SIP messaging or response from the CT Cloud Voice platform. Once an issue has been determined to be caused by the behavior of a non-supported device, the customer is responsible for pursuing resolution with their hardware vendor.
