Placing a call on Hold
Click Hold
Click UnHold to retrieve the call
Warm Conference
Click Conference
Enter the third party’s name or number
Select Warm
Click Speak with Participant, caller will be placed on hold
After called party answers, click Add Participant to initiate 3-party call
To end a conference call:
Remove third party by clicking on menu next to their name and choose Remove
Choose Leave Conference to drop from the call but leave the other parties connected
Click End Call to disconnect all parties
