What Are Business Groups?

• A Business Group is the organizational unit (OU) for the company.

• All company users, phones, and related resources reside under the Business Group.

How to Create a Business Group

1. In Connect, select the appropriate OU.

   

2. Navigate to Manage Services.

3. Select CT Cloud Voice and CT Cloud Voice (USA), then click Save.

4. Once completed, the Business Group will be labeled with its domain in MetaView.
