Step-by-Step Instructions:
To place a call on park:
While engaged in an active call, select the 'More' ellipsis button in the call box ribbon.
From the newly presented options, select the 'Park Call' option
The system will present you with a numeric code with which to retrieve the parked call.
To retrieve a parked call:
In the Calls application, beneath the dial pad, select the 'Parked calls' icon.
Enter the numeric code associated to the desired parked call and click the 'Pick up' icon.
Greet and engage with the caller.
