Prerequisites
Admin Portal Access as MPOC or Hoster.
Resolution
Log into the Admin Portal and navigate to the Users section.
Select a user, then select the location from the drop down.
Click 
and select save to make these changes.
This will transfer any assigned phones and DID to the new location as well.
MPOC stands for Main Point of Contact. It is the designated individual responsible for communication and decision-making regarding specific accounts or services.
Direct Inward Dialing (DID) is a telecommunication service that allows a phone number to be assigned to a specific phone line within a private branch exchange (PBX), enabling direct calls to that line without going through a receptionist.
